A hot and cheesy dip inspired by the flavors of jalapeno peppers with a crunchy panko bread topping...it was a MAJOR hit at the L*Space HQ Christmas Potluck!

1 (8 ounce) package of cream cheese at room temp

1/2 cup of mayonnaise

1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cup parmigiano reggiano (parmesan), grated

1 (4 ounce) can of sliced jalapenos (pickled and drained)

2 jalapeno peppers, chopped

1/4 cup panko bread crumbs


1. Mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, parmigiano reggiano and jalapenos in a bowl and pour into baking dish.

2. Mix the panko bread crumbs and parmigiano reggiano and sprinkle over the top

3. Bake in a preheated 305 F oven until the sides are bubbling and the cheese has melted and turned golden brown, about 20 minutes.
