Practicing mindful seated meditation on the daily, while focusing on your breath, has a slew of health benefits. Meditation is known to increase you creativity, compassion for others, focus, memory, productivity, and decision-making skills. In addition, it will decrease depression, anxiety, and stress. SO, channel your inner-Buddha and give it a whirl! Above is our super simple guide to one-minute mindful meditation. Coming back from a glorious two-week Christmas vacation can be hard, #AmIRight? Our California Christmas was filled with sand, surf, and salt-water on the daily, and now we're suffering major withdrawals. New beginnings, new adventures, and new possibilities- we say bring it on! SO, we came up with some simple resolutions that (with the right attitude) you can actually keep up with all year:

A hot and cheesy dip inspired by the flavors of jalapeno peppers with a crunchy panko bread topping...it was a MAJOR hit at the L*Space HQ Christmas Potluck!

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Total Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

1 (8 ounce) package of cream cheese at room temp

1/2 cup of mayonnaise

1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cup parmigiano reggiano (parmesan), grated

1 (4 ounce) can of sliced jalapenos (pickled and drained)

2 jalapeno peppers, chopped

1/4 cup panko bread crumbs

Directions:

1. Mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, parmigiano reggiano and jalapenos in a bowl and pour into baking dish.

2. Mix the panko bread crumbs and parmigiano reggiano and sprinkle over the top

3. Bake in a preheated 305 F oven until the sides are bubbling and the cheese has melted and turned golden brown, about 20 minutes.
