Returns & Exchanges

 

At L*SPACE we guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving of your purchase.

The product must be returned in original condition. Worn, washed or otherwise used products will not be accepted. All products must also have the original tags and sanitary liner intact. 

Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. It is at L*SPACE's discretion to determine if the returned product has been soiled. If it is determined to be soiled, orders will not be accepted for a return or store credit. L*SPACE cannot send back the order, and will have to damage out any soiled items.

We offer a limited warranty on our products. If there is an issue of receiving the wrong item or you have an item that is defective beyond normal wear and tear please contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@lspace.com, chat, or by calling us toll-free at 1 (855) 330-9408.

Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return items are deemed defective.

Discounted Items are final sale.  NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES. (excluding welcome discounts)

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, please follow the return process above for the unwanted item(s) for a full refund and then make a new purchase for the desired item(s). 

 

International Returns

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for international orders at this time.

 

Extended Holiday Return Policy

Our standard Return Policy is within 30 days of purchase. For the holiday season we have extended the Return Policy window for purchases made between November 1st – December 25th may be returned through January 13th, 2019. Our standard return policy will apply to all purchases made beginning December 26th.

 

Instructions for Sending Your Return Back to L*SPACE

  1. Fill out the form below with your e-mail address and order number. 
  2. Select the item(s) and reason you would like to return.
  3. Select your box size and "Print Pre Paid Shipping Label" and continue. 
  4. A USPS shipping label will be generated. Please print the shipping label and the return form. Place your items and return form back in your package and attach the shipping label to the outside, then drop off at your nearest Post Office. Remember to keep your tracking number!
  5. Please allow up to 10 business days from the receipt of your return to be processed and your refund issued.
  6. We will notify you once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued.
