RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At L*Space we guarantee 100% satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. See below for instructions on returning product. Unless the item is defective, the product must not be worn, washed, or otherwise used. All swim wear products must come back with tags and sanitary liner intact. For apparel, items must have their tags, not be worn, washed, or otherwise used. Exchanges are for broken, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items only. Please do not return merchandise for an exchange until you have spoken to our customer service department. Returning the item will result in a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for International orders. Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return items are deemed defective.
Please go to <a href="https://www.lspace.com/pages/returns-exchanges">https://www.lspace.com/pages/returns-exchanges</a> to fill out the online return form. From there you will print your return form and pre-paid shipping label. Please note your return tracking number. Place the form inside and attach your label to the outside of the package. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
