Holiday Return Policy
If your purchase date falls between November 15 – December 25, 2016 you may return your purchase no later than January 15, 2017.
General Return Policy
At L*Space we guarantee 100% satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.
Unless the item is defective the product must not be worn, washed or otherwise used. All swimwear products must come back with tags and sanitary liner intact. For apparel, items must have their tags, not be worn, washed or otherwise used.
We offer a limited warranty on our products. If there is an issue of receiving the wrong item or you have an item that is defective beyond normal wear and tear please contact our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Instructions for returning items are included with our packing slips in every shipment. Please complete the entire return form on the reverse side of the packing slip, and ship your returned merchandise back to the address provided using our pre-paid return shipping label.
Have an item you'd like to exchange? Simply fill out the return form and give us a call so we can get a new order placed for you and shipped right away while your original order ships back to our fulfillment center.
Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return items are deemed defective.
