BUST Before you begin, make sure you're wearing a lightly lined bra. Take a tape measure and wrap it around the fullest part of your bust. The tape measure should be parallel to the ground and not wrapped too tightly.
UNDERBUST To measure your underbust, wrap the tape measure around your rib cage just under your bust.
WAIST When measuring your waist bend to one side to find your body's natural crease.
HIPS When measuring your hip, wrap the tape round the fullest part of your hips. Make sure to keep your feet together.
