Body Sculpt + Q&A with Tori Simeone

We can't wait to get up and get movin' on Friday with fitness blogger babe Tori Simeone. She's going live on our IG and taking us through her Body Sculpt workout - get the deets below and be sure to tune in! 

Plus, we caught up with Tori to get the scoop on her fave fitness moves, nutrition tips, and how she got her start. Keep reading for our Q&A... 

Tell us a little more about yourself! Where are you from & what do you do?

I am originally from Long Island, moved to Manhattan when I was 17 and now have been in Los Angeles for a little over 4 years! I moved to the city as a professional dancer - my favorite show I was in was West Side Story! When I came to LA I was a dancer for the NBA Clippers and now I am a fitness trainer on the Tone It Up app.

Did you always have an interest in health and nutrition?

Health & wellness has been a huge part of my life since high school. My mom was my biggest inspiration in this as she became a Holistic Health Coach a Raw Food Instructor and a Qi Gong teacher (so ahead of her time!) I followed her footsteps and became a health coach because I wanted to share all of my knowledge with as many people as possible!

What’s your favorite workout/workout move right now?

Full Body Barre Sculpt classes. And my favorite move…any variation of plank!  

What do you eat in a typical day?

Iced matcha Latte in the morning
Post workout smoothie or banana protein pancakes
Big salad (either my fave greek salad or tuna salad is usually my go to!)
Veggies and Salmon most nights for dinner
I never skip dessert! I love making healthy alternatives to cookies/popcorn/ice cream etc.

    What do you love most about the community you’ve built? 

    How positive and uplifting everyone apart of my community is makes me beyond happy. The support and love that I feel daily during and after the workouts is beyond amazing. I always tell my community to start their day finding 3 things they are grateful for + pairing it with meditation to let all of the negativity go. Seeing so many people trying out these practices and connecting with not only me but other women in the community through this is so cool to watch.

    What’s one random fact about you that most people don’t know?

    I am also a commercial actress! Catch me currently in the newest Jimmy Johns commercial as a spin instructor.

    Leggings + sneakers, or dress + heels?

    Sneakers always!! I love wearing them with leggings OR dressing down a fun dress with a chunky pair of sneakers …. I have so many cute heels that I love too but those are for those extra special occasions.

    What are you binge watching right now? 

    The Good Place, Dave, and The Office (I could watch this show over and over again). 

    Favorite travel destination?

    Greece or Hawaii

    Bikini or one piece?


    What’s your “L” right now? 

    Connecting with my community! Doing the daily IG workouts together and chatting afterwards has made me feel so close to everyone and so thankful for social media during this time. Anytime I feel a little down/lonely or stuck in the ‘at home funk’ I can turn to Instagram and chat with so many friends to lift me back up.
