Holiday Return Policy

If your purchase date falls between November 15 – December 25, 2016 you may return your purchase no later than January 15, 2017.

Gilt City Orders - All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

At L*Space we guarantee 100% satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. See below for instructions on returning product. *Excludes Gilt City orders

Unless the item is defective the product must not be worn, washed or otherwise used. All swimwear products must come back with tags and sanitary liner intact. For apparel, items must have their tags, not be worn, washed or otherwise used.

Exchanges are for broken, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items only. Please do not return merchandise for an exchange until you have spoken to our customer service department. We do not do direct exchanges. Returning the item will result in a refund. *Excludes Gilt City orders

We offer a limited warranty on our products. If there is an issue of receiving the wrong item or you have an item that is defective beyond normal wear and tear please contact our Customer Service team at or by calling 855-330-9408.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for International orders at this time.

Instructions for Sending Your Return Back to L*Space *Excludes Gilt City orders

  1. Fill out the form below with your e-mail address and order number. 
  2. Select the item(s) and reason you would like to return.
  3. Select your box size and "Print Pre Paid Shipping Label" and continue. 
  4. A USPS shipping label will be generated. Please print the shipping label and the return form. Place your items and return form back in your package and attach the shipping label to the outside, then drop off at your nearest Post Office. Remember to keep your tracking number!
  5. We will notify you once your return has been received by our fulfillment team.
  6. Please allow up to 10 business days from the receipt of your return to be processed and your refund issued.
  7. We will notify you once your return has been processed and refund has been issued.
