1. Hit the “Start Your Return” button and pop in your order number and email address.
2. Pick the item(s) you’re sending back and tell us why you are returning the item(s) — it helps us do better next time!
3. Submit your return to get your shipping label or QR code — available to download right away and sent to your email inbox as well.
4. Time to pack it up:
- Using a shipping label? Print it out, pop your items and the return form into a package, attach the label to your package, and drop it off at any authorized USPS shipping location.
- Going the QR code route? Just bring your packed return and show your QR code at an authorized USPS shipping location — no printer needed!
Pro tip: Hang on to your receipt and tracking number for reference.
5. Once your return reaches our warehouse, give us up to 10 business days to work our magic and process your refund.
6. We’ll keep you in the loop with emails when your return is received and when your refund is on the way.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns within 30 days of receipt for any full-priced items placed within the U.S. For all International orders, returns will be accepted, however, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges that may apply.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any sale items. No exceptions.
The product must be returned in original condition. Worn, washed or otherwise used products will not be accepted. All products must also have the original tags and sanitary liner intact.
If you are unsatisfied with your full-price purchase, you may return the item for a refund within 30 days of receiving of your purchase should it meet the requirements on our returns page.
Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. Soiled garments include any indication of bodily fluid marks, deodorant and/or makeup stains. It is at L*SPACE's discretion to determine if the returned product has been soiled. If it is determined to be soiled, orders will not be accepted for a return or store credit. L*SPACE cannot send back the order and will have to damage out any soiled items.
We offer a limited warranty on our products. If there is an issue of receiving the wrong item or you have an item that is defective beyond normal wear and tear please contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@lspace.com or via live chat.
Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return items are deemed defective.
Sale items are non-refundable. No Returns. No Exchanges. No Exceptions. Please double check your sizes! No modifications can be made after your order is placed.

Your exchange ships right away, so you don’t have to miss a moment. A temporary $1 authorization hold is placed on your card while you send your original item back within 14 days.
If your original item isn’t returned within that window, the full value of the new item will be charged.

Send your item back using our return process. Once it’s received, we’ll ship your new selection.
We accept returns for international orders; however, customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return.
Please note that import duties, taxes, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. The duties and taxes are collected by your local customs authority and are not issued by our store. You may be able to request a refund for duties and taxes directly from your local customs office.
