General Shipping Policy

Orders placed on the site can be shipped to the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories, and most international countries.

Please allow 7-10 days to receive your order.

Any orders over $600 will require a signature upon delivery.

Please note that FedEx orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. box or APO/FPO address, Puerto Rico or Guam.

Transit Times

Our transit times are based on USPS and FedEx posted delivery days and we cannot guarantee receipt of your order in the stated number of days if there are carrier issues, inclement weather or other factors out of our control.

Domestic Shipping

Standard Ground: 1-5 Business Days

Second Day Air:  2-3 Business Days

Overnight Air:  1-2 Business Days


International Shipping

USPS Priority Mail International: 6-15 Business Days.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: Shipments outside of the U.S. may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your local customs website for more information.

If after you placed your order you realized incorrect information has been given to us please call Customer Service at (855) 330-9408.  If the order is not on our warehouse floor we can make adjustments however if it’s already in process you will need to refuse the package and place a new order with us containing the correct information.
