Lido Store Return Policy

The product must be returned in its original condition. Worn, washed, or otherwise used products will not be accepted. All products must also have the original tags and sanitary liner intact.

Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. Soiled garments include any indication of bodily fluid marks, deodorant and/or makeup stains. It is at L*SPACE's discretion to determine if the returned product has been soiled. If it is determined to be soiled, orders will not be accepted for a return or store credit.

We offer a limited warranty on our products. If there is an issue of receiving the wrong item or you have an item that is defective beyond normal wear and tear, please contact our in-store team at 949-818-3110 or our Customer Service team at customerservice@lspace.com or via live chat.

Merchandise purchased in store may be returned in store during bussiness hours. If you are unable to return in store please contact our in-store team at 949-818-3110 or our Customer Service team at customerservice@lspace.com or via live chat. Please note, this policy applies for merchandise purchased at LSPACE, 3424 Via Lido, Suite 101 in Newport Beach, CA. Merchandise purcahsed through a third party or LSPACE retailer are subject to the affiliated retailers return policy.
