We won't lie, it's pretty fun working in an office filled (almost) entirely with women. Anywhere you turn, there's someone ready to discuss last night's episode of The Bachelor, give recommendations for a new eye cream, or go on a Starbucks run "just because." But the connection goes much deeper than that. We're all here because we're hard-working, passionate, career-driven women. And no one works harder than our mamas.
